Campers will participate in activities that are unique to a mountain environment: rock climbing, rappelling, white water rafting and climbing a mountain peak. Campers will sleep in the great outdoors in tents at a base camp and be challenged to study and memorize from God’s word. This camp is smaller in size (30 campers) and packs in an incredible amount of excitement spent in God’s creation with loads of adventurous activities. Grab a buddy and come to Camp Como for Challenge Camp!
Programs at Camp Como are available to all persons regardless of race, color, sex, age, handicap, religion, or national origin. Camp Como is an equal opportunity service provider and holds a permit for the Pike National Forest.
Each camp is structured based on the grade the child is entering in the fall.
Each church has selected specific dates to attend camp. Be certain that you have checked with your local church for dates, transportation and any other special arrangements.
Please contact your church for any information regarding grants and scholarships
